This past Wednesday was the first day of school and it was another big year for the boys. Samuel is now in first grade, which means a FULL day of school, as opposed to a half day, and Caden is now in kindergarten, his first experience with school! Both were very excited to start school and when I woke them up, the bounced out of bed, got dressed, brushed their teeth and got downstairs, all within 15 minutes!
We got down to the bus stop 10 minutes early just because they couldn’t contain their excitement anymore in the house. This was even after taking pictures! The bus finally came and it was bittersweet…I was excited to see them go off to school but sad to know that these are precious moments that are quickly flashing before me as they get older.
