2012 Goals

Oh dear, here we are getting ready to start 2012 and I realize as I review my goals from last year that I did NOT complete one of them…nope, not a single one…I strive for perfection.  I think I need to rethink this whole goal-setting/resolution thing wouldn’t you agree.  So, for 2012, I decided that I’m only setting 5. I’m not going to go in to great detail here on this page about each one as I’m sure I’ll blog about them sometime in the near future and you can read all about it then.  Some are just basically self-explanatory!  So without further ado…I present to you my list:

2012 Goals/Resolutions

1. Lose weight…at least 30 lbs. and start some type of exercising at least 3 times a week.
2. Make a blog entry at least once a week
3. Become better organized with my to-do lists and calendar.
4. Read the books on my bookshelf before purchasing anymore.
5. Knit 8-10 scarves to give as Christmas presents and knit a shawl or poncho for myself.

I looked up the term “resolution” and here’s what it means:
1. a resolve or determination: to make a firm resolution to do something.
2. the act of resolving or determining upon an action or course of action, method, procedure, etc.
